This application ("Receipt Scanner") is operated by Lifeline Homecare.

• Email address (for login via email/password or OAuth)
• Firebase authentication identifiers
• Receipt images uploaded by users
• Metadata such as upload time and user ID

2. How We Use Information

• Provide user authentication
• Store and display receipts
• Enable expense submission and approval workflows

3. Data Storage

• Firebase Authentication for login
• Firestore for metadata
• Firebase Storage for receipt images

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. Data is only processed using Firebase (Google Cloud) services.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained while the account is active. Users may request deletion at any time.

6. User Rights

• Access their data
• Request deletion
• Request corrections

7. Security

We use Firebase security rules and authentication to protect data.
